How do I check in?

Your stay starts with a simple text from our concierge team on arrival day. With contact-free check-in and keyless entry, there’s no need to stop at a front desk or keep track of a room key. Just check your messages for your door code, and head straight to your room—easy, effortless, and all yours.

What amenities does Aliza Hotel offer?

We’ve got you covered with high-speed WiFi, free parking (a rare find in Venice!), complimentary coffee and tea in our reception, and a refillable water station with reverse osmosis water and ice to keep you refreshed.

Is there housekeeping?

We know how important rest is on vacation, so we won’t bother you with housekeeping unless you’d like a tidy-up. Just place the decorative magnet from inside your room on the door, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is smoking permitted on the property?

No, all of our rooms and spaces are completely non-smoking. If smoking is detected, an incidentals fee will be charged to cover the cost of deep cleaning.
